Your guide to #FTF24: Networking and planning with the talque app

On August 22, the time has finally come: #FTF24 in Düsseldorf is just around the corner!  Here you can find out how to make the most of talque to follow all the important program points and make valuable contacts.

What does the talque event app offer you?

• Overview of all start-ups & exhibitors: Find all the companies and start-ups represented at the Expo quickly and easily.

• Daily agenda: Plan your day by looking through all the program items in the agenda and selecting your personal favorites.

• Interactive hall plan: Never lose track and quickly find your way to the different venues.

• Networking opportunities: Network with other participants and sign up for exclusive events.

• Real-time updates: Always stay informed, because all important announcements and changes are communicated exclusively via talque.

How to talque

1. Download and register the app:

Download the talque app for iOS or Android. Register with your e-mail address, Google or LinkedIn account, and create your personal participant profile. You will find the required code on your FTF ticket. 

2. Complete your profile and answer the matchmaking questions:

A complete profile increases your chances of making valuable contacts. Answer the matchmaking questions to find participants with similar interests.

3. Customize daily agenda: Put together your event day.

Click “Participate” for the desired program items to secure your place. You will then see in the app shortly before the event whether you are participating.

Tip: Use the search function within the agenda to search specifically for program items that interest you.

Exclusive networking formats and specials

During #FTF24, you can look forward to special networking formats and exclusive specials for which you can register directly via the app:

1. Speed dating for start-ups, companies and investors

If you are registered as a start-up, entrepreneur or investor, you should not miss the speed dating in the Networking Lounge. Within one hour, you will have five 10-minute conversations.‍

Prerequisite: Prior registration is mandatory. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. So make sure you secure your place early to benefit from this unique opportunity.

2. Table captain rounds: Deepen your knowledge in exclusive discussion rounds

In small rounds (max. 10 participants per table), you can take an in-depth look at a chosen topic, led by an expert. This is a unique opportunity for you to delve deeper into exciting topics and gain insights from industry leaders. You can find all Table Captain topics in the agenda.  

Important: To take part in a Table Captain round, you must apply by 19.08. (EOB) via the “Participate” button in the agenda. On 20.08. you will find out in the app whether you have been allocated a place at the table.

‍3. Meet & Greet with Tijen Onaran: Exclusive insights into the world of a successful female entrepreneur

Tijen Onaran, one of the best-known female investors and entrepreneurs in the German-speaking world, gives you the opportunity to get to know her personally in an exclusive round. In the SHE Innovates Tech Lounge, you will have the opportunity to ask Tijen your questions and learn from her experiences as the founder of Global Digital Women.  

Application: To participate in this Meet & Greet, you must apply by August 19 (EOB) via the “Participate” button in the agenda.  

Allocation of places: The 50 available places will be drawn from all applications from August 20. You can then see in the app whether you can take part in this exclusive round.
