Der Digital Innovation Hub Düsseldorf/Rheinland GmbH, Kasernenstraße 67, 40213 Düsseldorf, nachfolgend digihub Düsseldorf/Rheinland genannt, verlost einen Katen & Son Heathrow Cabin All Black x Future Tech Fest, einen Katen & Son Lisbon Small All Black x Future Tech Fest und eine Katen & Son Lulea All Black Tasche x Future Tech Fest. Mit der Teilnahme an dem Gewinnspiel erklärt sich der/die Nutzer/in mit den nachstehenden Teilnahmebedingungen und der Inhalte einverstanden.
1. Was kann man gewinnen?
Mit der Teilnahme hat man die Möglichkeit, Katen & Son Heathrow Cabin All Black x Future Tech Fest 2025 (im Wert von 269 EUR), einen Katen & Son Lisbon Small All Black x Future Tech Fest (im Wert von 149 EUR) und zwei Katen & Son Lulea All Black Tasche x Future Tech Fest (im Wert von je 69 EUR) zu gewinnen.
2. Wie kann man gewinnen?
Die Teilnahme erfolgt, indem man an der Feedback-Umfrage der Veranstaltung unter https://digihub.typeform.com/to/uwSHaHic teilnimmt. Der Teilnahmezeitraum ist vom 11. September 2025 bis zum 18. September 2025.
3. Wer kann mitmachen?
Die Teilnahme ist nur für Teilnehmende des Future Tech Fest 2025 möglich, kostenlos und jeder natürlichen Person erlaubt. Bei minderjährigen Teilnehmenden setzt digihub Düsseldorf/Rheinland das Einverständnis der Erziehungsberechtigten voraus. Eine Teilnahme erfordert die wahrheitsgemäße Angabe der teilnahmerelevanten Daten. Pro Person ist nur eine Teilnahme pro Ausführung möglich. Mehrfache Teilnahme ist nicht erlaubt und erhöhen nicht die Gewinnchance, denn sie werden gefiltert und ausgeschlossen.
4. Wer wird von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen?
digihub Düsseldorf/Rheinland ist berechtigt, einzelne Personen von der Teilnahme auszuschließen, sofern berechtigte Gründe, wie z. B. Verstoß gegen diese Teilnahmebedingungen, doppelte oder mehrfache Teilnahme, Manipulation etc., vorliegen und behält sich vor, rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten. Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen.
5. Wie werden die Gewinner ermittelt? Wie erfahre ich, ob ich gewonnen habe?
Gewonnen haben diejenigen, die die Teilnahmebedingungen erfüllt haben und per Zufallsprinzip gezogen werden. Jede/r Teilnehmer/in erhält am Tag nach Ende des Gewinnspielzeitraums oder bereits davor eine Gewinnbenachrichtigung. Diese erfolgt per Direktkontakt über den genannten Kontaktdaten.
6. Wie erhalte ich meinen Gewinn?
Mit der Gewinnbenachrichtigung erhält der/die Gewinner/in eine Aufforderung den Gewinn im Büro vom digihub (Kasernenstraße 67, 40213 Düsseldorf) abzuholfen sowie weitere Informationen zur Einlösung. Für die Richtigkeit der angegebenen Kontaktdaten (E-Mail-Adresse) ist der/die Teilnehmer/in verantwortlich. Ebenfalls ist der/die Teilnehmer/in dafür verantwortlich den Kontaktversuch des Unternehmens oder einer der MitarbeiterInnen anzunehmen. Der Gewinn muss selbstständig durch den Gewinner / die Gewinnerin abholt werden.
7. Was passiert, wenn ich mich nach Gewinnbenachrichtigung nicht melde?
Sollte ein/e Gewinner/in dem digihub Düsseldorf/Rheinland falsche Kontaktdaten mitteilen und die Übersendung oder Übergabe des Gewinns deshalb nicht möglich sein, verfällt der Gewinn. Der/die Gewinner/in ist eigenständig dafür verantwortlich, den Gewinnpreis abzuolen. Weitere Informationen zum Gewinnpreis erhält der/die Gewinner/in in der Gewinnbenachrichtigung.
8. Vorbehaltsklausel
digihub Düsseldorf/Rheinland behält sich vor, das Gewinnspiel zu jedem Zeitpunkt ohne Vorankündigung und ohne Angabe von Gründen zu modifizieren, zu unterbrechen oder zu beenden. Von dieser Möglichkeit macht digihub Düsseldorf/Rheinland allerdings nur dann Gebrauch, wenn aus Gründen der höheren Gewalt, aus technischen Gründen oder aus rechtlichen Gründen eine ordnungsgemäße Durchführung des Spiels nicht gewährleistet werden kann. Der digihub Düsseldorf/Rheinland haftet nicht für Verluste, Ausfälle oder Verspätungen, die durch Umstände herbeigeführt wurden, die außerhalb unseres Verantwortungsbereichs liegen.
9. Datenschutzbestimmungen
Ihre Sicherheit und Ihre Zufriedenheit stehen im Mittelpunkt. digihub Düsseldorf/Rheinland speichert und nutzt die erhobenen Daten ausschließlich für die Durchführung des Gewinnspiels. Nach Ablauf des Gewinnspiels werden alle Angaben vernichtet. 10. Sonstiges
Die Barauszahlung der Gewinne ist nicht möglich. Gewinnansprüche können nicht auf andere Personen übertragen oder abgetreten werden. Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen. Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen der Teilnahmebedingungen ungültig sein oder ungültig werden, bleibt die Gültigkeit der übrigen Teilnahmebedingungen unberührt. An ihre Stelle tritt eine angemessene Regelung, die dem Zweck der unwirksamen Bestimmung am ehesten entspricht. Digihub Düsseldorf/Rheinland behält sich vor, die Teilnahmebedingungen jederzeit zu ändern. Mit der Teilnahme wird automatisch bestätigt, die oben genannten Bedingungen gelesen zu haben und diesen zuzustimmen.

Terms and Conditions of Participation (English)
The Digital Innovation Hub Düsseldorf/Rheinland GmbH, Kasernenstraße 67, 40213 Düsseldorf, hereinafter referred to as digihub Düsseldorf/Rheinland, is giving away one Katen & Son Heathrow Cabin All Black x Future Tech Fest, one Katen & Son Lisbon Small All Black x Future Tech Fest and one Katen & Son Lulea All Black Bag x Future Tech Fest. By taking part in the competition, the participant agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. What can you win?
Participants have the chance to win a Katen & Son Heathrow Cabin All Black x Future Tech Fest 2025 (value: €269), a Katen & Son Lisbon Small All Black x Future Tech Fest (value: €149) and two Katen & Son Lulea All Black Bags x Future Tech Fest (value: €69 each).
2. How can you win?
Participation takes place by completing the event feedback survey at https://digihub.typeform.com/to/uwSHaHic. The participation period is from 11 September 2025 to 18 September 2025.
3. Who can participate?
Participation is only open to attendees of Future Tech Fest 2025, is free of charge and permitted for every natural person. In the case of underage participants, digihub Düsseldorf/Rheinland requires the consent of a parent or guardian. Participation requires truthful information relevant to entry. Each person may only participate once per round. Multiple entries are not allowed and do not increase the chances of winning, as they will be filtered and excluded.
4. Who is excluded from participation?
digihub Düsseldorf/Rheinland is entitled to exclude individuals from participation if there are valid reasons, such as violation of these terms, duplicate or multiple entries, manipulation, etc., and reserves the right to take legal action. Legal recourse is excluded.
5. How are winners determined and informed?
Winners are those who have met the participation requirements and are drawn at random. Each participant will be notified on the day after the competition ends or earlier. The notification will be sent via direct contact using the details provided.
6. How do winners receive their prize?
With the prize notification, the winner will be asked to collect the prize at the digihub office (Kasernenstraße 67, 40213 Düsseldorf) and will receive further information regarding collection. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the provided contact details (e-mail address) and for responding to contact attempts from the company or its employees. The prize must be collected personally by the winner.
7. What happens if a winner does not respond?
If a winner provides incorrect contact details and the transfer or collection of the prize is therefore not possible, the prize will be forfeited. The winner is solely responsible for collecting the prize. Further information will be provided in the prize notification.
8. Reservation clause
digihub Düsseldorf/Rheinland reserves the right to modify, interrupt or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. This right will only be exercised if proper execution cannot be guaranteed due to force majeure, technical issues or legal reasons. digihub Düsseldorf/Rheinland accepts no liability for losses, failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
9. Data protection provisions
Your security and satisfaction are our priority. digihub Düsseldorf/Rheinland stores and uses the collected data solely for the execution of the competition. 10. Miscellaneous
Cash payment of prizes is not possible. Prize claims cannot be transferred or assigned to other persons. Legal recourse is excluded. Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms shall remain unaffected. An appropriate regulation that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision shall replace it. digihub Düsseldorf/Rheinland reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. By participating, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the above conditions.
